Description
In cadrul procedurii se vor achiziționa diverse medicamente si antineoplazice, conform defalcării obiectului procedurii de achiziție publică pe 116 loturi de medicamente cu respectarea conditiilor prevazute in cadrul Caietului de sarcini. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente - trimestrial. Cantitatile cuprinse in caietul de sarcini sunt cantitati estimate. Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa achizitioneze pe durata acordului cadru nici cantitatile minime nici cantitatile maxime. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent aferent fiecarui lot este precizata in cadrul fiecarui lot, conform prezentului anunt. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-11-a zi inainte de data limita de limita pentru depunerea ofertelor. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 118 si 119, din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, contractele subsecvente se vor executa partial cu reluarea competitiei, in situatia in care, dupa aplicarea formulei de ajustare a preturilor, valoarea ofer…
