Description
Het opdrachtgevend bestuur is op zoek naar (een) leverancier(s) voor het leveren van diverse software materiaal en licenties voor de periode van 4 jaar. Alle licenties met uitzondering van Microsoft licenties zijn in scope. In scope van deze overeenkomst zijn ook (online) aankopen die aangekocht worden via kredietkaart. De raamovereenkomst wordt afgesloten met meerdere opdrachtnemer die telkens bij een deelopdracht in concurrentie worden gesteld via een minicompetitie.
