Aarhus har til hensigt at købe specialdesignede måltidskasser fra SKAGENFOOD med høj eller lav kulhydrat for at gennemføre forskningsprojektet ON LiMiT. ON LiMiT er et forskningsprojekt, der har til formål at undersøge hvordan vægttab vha. måltidserstatning efterfulgt af en kost med lav- eller høj kulhydrat, med eller uden motion, påvirker vedligeholdelsen af remission hos personer med type 2 diabetes.
