Description

The Municipality of Noto (Sicily, Italy), acting as the competent authority under Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, hereby announces its intention to directly award the urban public transport service after one year from the publication of this notice. The service covers local and suburban bus routes within the municipal area, for an estimated annual mileage of approximately 127 700 km, below the 300 000 km threshold established in Article 5(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. The service contract will run for three years (1 January 2027 – 31 December 2029) with an estimated total value of EUR 517 635 (VAT included) and an annual reference value of EUR 172 545. The current operator is Caruso Midolo Paolo & C. s.a.s., Corso Vittorio Emanuele 96, Noto (SR), Italy.
