Description
Law Society Skillnet (the Network) intends to award a 2-year contract to Innovative Learning Solutions Ltd (trading as LearnSkills) directly because competition is not possible for technical reasons (as per Article: 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Directives). The scope of the contract comprises hosting of approximately 137 course modules for approximately 11,000 user records across 13 Learning Management Systems and providing other services related to eLearning activities of the Network.
