Description
De gemeente Stadskanaal wil het proces van uitgaande post digitaliseren om efficiënter, veiliger en duurzamer te werken. Momenteel is het postproces grotendeels handmatig en versnipperd, wat leidt tot vertragingen, fouten en hoge kosten. Daarnaast verplicht nieuwe wet- en regelgeving (zoals de Wmebv en de AVG) overheden om digitale communicatie met burgers en bedrijven te verbeteren. De opdracht behelst de selectie en implementatie van een digitale postoplossing die voldoet aan de functionele, technische en wettelijke eisen van de gemeente.
