De Opdracht omvat het digitaliseren van archiefmateriaal. Zodra de stukken het NHA verlaten, vallen deze onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Opdrachtnemer. Deze zorgt voor transport, digitalisering, kwaliteitscontrole, levering van de digitale scans en retourtransport. Naar verwachting 800.000 scans per jaar.
