Description
Auftragsgegenstand ist ein Vertrag zur besonderen Versorgung nach § 140a Absatz 4a SGB V über die Bereitstellung einer digitalen App- oder Web-Anwendung für TK-Versicherte mit unterschiedlichen Diagnosen bei verschiedenen Muskel-Skelett-Erkrankungen. Es muss ein niederschwelliger Zugang zur physiotherapeutischen Unterstützung ermöglicht werden. Medizinische Beratung ist nicht Teil der Leistung.
Award criteria
- Price — Der Preis wird auf Grundlage des Angebotsvergleichspreises gemäß Anlage "Vergütung" (abzüglich Skonto, soweit angeboten und wertbar) bewertet.
- Quality — Die Qualität der Leistung wird auf Grundlage des Dokuments zur fachlichen Wertung (Anlage W1) gemäß der fachlichen Bewertungsmatrix (Anlage W2) bewertet und in Leistungspunkten gemessen.
