Dies erschwert die OP-Koordination und die optimale Prozessgestaltung, da nicht alle Prozessschritte transparent und elektronisch nachvollziehbar für alle Beteiligten erfolgen. Für die Verbesserung und Transparenz der Kommunikation und Koordination im OP ist die Einführung eines digitalen Assistenten geplant.
