Description
Ruter would like to enter into a hire and operation contract that we choose to call "Screen as a service" (SaaS). This means that it is the Tenderer's responsibility to own and manage the monitors, including a system for playing content, monitoring the surfaces showing the content the playing system says they should view, ensure remote and on-site repairs or replacements if they break and so on according to a service level agreement (SLA stated in Annex 3) and monthly compensation. The monitors that shall be procured under the scheme are mainly expected to be standard products from tenderers or under the tenderer ́s assortment.
