A Digital Exam System is to be procured for universities and colleges in Norway. Today, many universities and university colleges have access to Digital Exam Systems through existing contracts between Sikt and the current Digital Exam suppliers. This contract is expiring and the market as well as user needs have changed since the procurement of the existing Digital Exam Systems in 2016.
