Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Digitaalisten kehittämishankkeiden asiantuntija- ja konsultointipalvelut Helsingin kaupungin toimialoille ja liikelaitoksille, virastoille sekä Helsingin Konsernihankinta Oy:n osakkaille. Hankinnasta muodostetaan puitejärjestely seuraaville osa-alueille: Osa-alue 1: A) Kokonais- ja ratkaisuarkkitehtuuri sekä määrittelyvaiheen asiantuntijapalvelu Osa-alue 2: B) Projektipäällikköpalvelut sekä ketterän kehitystyön koordinointipalvelut Osa-alue 3: C) Digitaalisten palvelujen ohjelmistokehitys ja automatisoitu testaus Osa-alue 4: D) Drupal-asiantuntijapalvelut Osa-alue 5: E) Tietoturvallisuuspalvelut Osa-alue 6: F) Data-analyysin, raportoinnin ja visualisoinnin asiantuntijapalvelut Osa-alue 7: G) Tiedon johtamisen asiantuntijapalvelut Osa-alue 8: H) Datatiede asiantuntijapalvelut Osa-alue 9: I) Low-code/no-code -sovelluskehityksen asiantuntijapalvelut Osa-alue 10: J) Testauspalvelut Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Puitejärjestelyn arvonlisäveroton enimmäisarvo on viisikymmentäviisi (55) miljoonaa euroa.
