Description
Koraal heeft besloten om de aanschaf van nieuwe digiborden voort te zetten bij de huidige leverancier zonder een openbare aanbestedingsprocedure, conform artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. De motivatie hiervoor is als volgt: • Continuïteit en technische compatibiliteit: De digiborden moeten volledig aansluiten op de bestaande infrastructuur en software om storingen en compatibiliteitsproblemen te voorkomen. • Beperkt aantal geschikte leveranciers: De huidige leverancier biedt een unieke oplossing die volledig geïntegreerd is met ons bestaande systeem. • Onderhoud en service: Voortzetting bij dezelfde leverancier garandeert consistent onderhoud en ondersteuning, waardoor operationele risico’s en extra kosten worden voorkomen. • Efficiëntie en kostenbesparing: Een overstap naar een andere leverancier zou leiden tot extra kosten voor implementatie, training en mogelijke technische aanpassingen. Er hoeven geen nieuwe digiborden te worden aangekocht. De huidige borden zijn nog goed.
