Description
Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι εργασίες προληπτικής συντήρησης και επισκευής των καυστήρων-λεβήτων και των συσκευών κλιματισμού (λέβητες, καυστήρες, αερόψυκτα ψυκτικά συγκροτήματα, αντλίες θερμότητας, spit, F.C.U., ΚΚΜ, κλπ) στα διάφορα κτίρια του Δήμου και του Νομικου Προσώπου (ΚΔΑΠ - ΚΗΦΗ - ΓΥΜΝΑΣΤΗΡΙΑ – ΣΧΟΛΕΙΑ - ΠΑΙΔΙΚΟΙ ΣΤΑΘΜΟΙ - ΚΑΠΗ – ΕΡΓΟΤΑΞΙΑ κλπ) και τα οποία βρίσκονται στις τέσσερις Δημοτικές Ενότητες. Επίσης θα γίνει η επισκευή σε τμήματα των δικτύων σωληνώσεων και σε συλλέκτες, όπου έχουν εντοπισθεί διαβρώσεις των κοινών εγκαταστάσεων κεντρικής θέρμανσης και ψύξης σε διάφορα κτίρια.
