Description

De opdracht gaat over het renoveren van 72 appartementen in 6 gebouwen in de wijk "Speelhof te Diest" Type code 30: 60 appartementen in 5 blokken: Anjerstraaat 19, 20, 21 - Fabiolalaan 6, 8 te 3290 Diest Type code 34A: 12 appartementen in 1 blok: Fabiolalaan 10 te 3290 Diest. De werken zullen gefaseerd uitgevoerd worden. De werken worden opgestart met de totale renovatie van woonblok: Fabiolalaan 6, 8 en 10. Vervolgens zullen zittende huurders van de Anjerstraat geherhuisvest naar de afgewerkte gebouwen. De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor soortgelijke werken te herhalen bij onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking.
