Description
Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über das Dienstradleasing für die Mitarbeitenden der Stadt auf der Grundlage des TV-Fahrradleasing und aller für die Abwicklung dessen erforderlichen Leistungen.
Award criteria
- Price — Bewertet wird ein fiktiver Gesamtangebotspreis basierend auf den Leasingraten (einschl. Versicherungen etc.) für ein fiktives Fahrrad mit einem Preis von EUR 1.000, EUR 3.000, EUR 5.000 und EUR 7.000.
- Quality — Qualitativ werden die Angaben der Bieter in der Anlage 2.10_Wertungsmatrix bewertet. Insgesamt gibt es dort 1.000 Punkte zu erzielen.
