Description
Seit der Ergänzung des Tarifvertrags und der Änderung des Bayerischen Besoldungsgesetzes ist Dienstradleasing im öffentlichen Dienst für Angestellte und Beamte möglich. Ziel für das Landratsamt ist es, einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Dienstleister abzuschließen für die Abwicklung des Dienstradleasings. Dieser ermöglicht den Abschluss von Leasingverträgen für Fahrräder, die der Auftraggeber seinen Bediensteten zur betrieblichen und privaten Nutzung steuerbegünstigt bzw. steuerfrei überlässt.
