Description
Le présent appel d'offres comprend les services de facturation et d'évaluation (lot 1) ainsi que les services de gestion de l'approvisionnement structuré en électricité (lot 2). Le début prévu du contrat est le 01.09.2024 La phase d'initialisation se déroule du 01.09.2024 au 31.12.2024 au plus tard. Les activités opérationnelles débutent à partir du 01.01.2025 pour une durée maximale de cinq ans. -Lot 1 : facturation et évaluations Comprend le traitement et le paiement des factures d'électricité entrantes, la refacturation hebdomadaire groupée aux CFF ainsi que la mise à disposition d'évaluations définies. -Lot 2 : Approvisionnement structuré en électricité Le prestataire de services assume le rôle de fournisseur pour les points de mesure CFF gérés par le marché. L'acquisition de produits standard CFF sur le marché à terme ainsi que de garanties d'origine est effectuée de manière autonome par les CFF.
