Das Ziel ist die Beschaffung eines leistungsfähigen Framework-Entwick¬lungs¬teams bestehend aus erfahrenen Softwareentwicklerinnen und Softwareentwicklern. Max. 5 Framework-Entwickler: ca. 4000 PT bei maximaler Vertragslaufzeit von 4 Jahren, erbracht durch bis zu 5 Personen. 3 Personen sollen für die komplette Vertragslaufzeit zur Verfügung stehen, 2 weitere Person können optional abgerufen werden.
