Description
Der Auftragsgegenstand umfasst die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Registerplattform und Patienteninformationsplattform sowie die Ausschreibung für die Entwicklung einer App zur strukturierten und sicheren Datenfreigabe. Ziel ist es, eine interoperable, datenschutzkonforme und nutzerfreundliche digitale Infrastruktur zu schaffen, die sowohl die klinische Versorgung als auch die Forschung im Bereich seltener Erkrankungen unterstützt. Besondere Bedeutung wird dabei dem Patient Empowerment, Shared Decision Making und der Erhebung von Bedürfnissen (Needs Assessments) beigemessen.
