Description
Politiezone RIHO wenst de verouderde controlekamer up-to-date te plaatsen. Er is nood aan een systeem waarbij vlot kan gewisseld worden van scherm, PC, telefonie, ... met zo weinig mogelijk verschillende PC's, toetsenborden, muizen, ... Momenteel is er voor ieder systeem een aparte PC, toetsenbord en muis nodig. Dit leidt tot een vertraagde werking van de controlekamer en frustraties voor de gebruikers. Politiezone RIHO wenst dan ook een volledig nieuw geïntegreerd systeem zodat de controlekamer klaar is voor de toekomstige uitdagingen waarmee de politiezone te maken zal hebben.
