Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η συγκέντρωση σε έναν Ανάδοχο των Υπηρεσιών που σήμερα λαμβάνει η ΔΕΥΑΑΜ στην καθημερινή λειτουργία της από εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και προμηθευτές (πλέον των 10 ) σε μία προσπάθεια να εξομαλυνθεί η διαχείριση του δικτύου ύδρευσης και να εξοικονομηθούν πόροι, προκειμένου να μπορέσει να βελτιώσει την ποιότητα ζωής των Δημοτών, καλύπτοντας τις ανάγκες του Δήμου σε νερό πόσιμο, με την ταυτόχρονη μείωση του λειτουργικού ετήσιου κόστους
