Description
UiT the Arctic University of Norway shall enter into a tender agreement for portfolio management and delivery of electricity. Prior to the competition, the contracting authority would like the most insight into the market for portfolio management services, in order to ensure that the competition is designed in a good way. In this context, we would like to invite all potential tenderers to participate in a dialogue with the contracting authority.
