L'objet du présent marché est de faire un état de la sécurité d'intervention sur toutes les toitures plates sur l'ensemble du patrimoine bâti du département y compris collèges. Cela vaut tant pour les accès que pour le travail sur le toit. Au regard de ce diagnostic, il est demandé au prestataire la rédaction d'un protocole d'intervention sur chaque toit à destination des agents de la collectivité ou intervenants extérieurs
