Description

La consultation a pour objet la réalisation d'un diagnostic global des systèmes d'assainissement (station et réseaux) pour le compte du Syndicat Mixte des Eaux Sud Meuse (SMESM). Elle comprend l'élaboration du diagnostic périodique et une étude d'amélioration de la filière boue. Elle comprend également l'élaboration concertée d'un programme d'actions chiffré et hiérarchisé visant à corriger les anomalies fonctionnelles et structurelles constatées et, quand cela est techniquement et économiquement possible, d'un programme de gestion des eaux pluviales le plus en amont possible, en vue de limiter leur introduction dans le système de collecte.
