Description
La présente consultation a pour objet le redéveloppement, accompagnée d'une reconception, du logiciel métier « Comptabilité Analytique » ayant été développée sur un serveur d'application JBoss. Ce redéveloppement a pour but d'automatiser l'intégration des données, de simplifier les interfaces et les process associés permettant d'obtenir les livrables attendus. Une prestation de tierce maintenance application (TMA) est également demandée pour maintenir et faire évoluer l'application à l'issue de sa réalisation. Les prestations sont découpées en unités d'uvre (UO) : UO1 : Analyse et maquettage ; UO2 : Réalisation des développements et recettes ; UO3 : Tierce Maintenance Applicative corrective et préventive ; UO4 : Tierce Maintenance Applicative évolutive ; UO5 : Réversibilité.
