Description
The purpose of the procurement is to award a contract for development project for Patola Heat Pump Plant. The basic information on the object of the contract and preliminary specifications will be provided in this invitation to participate. The final description of the contract and specifications will be provided after tenderers have submitted their preliminary tenders and have participated in the negotiations. The Contracting Authority in this procurement procedure is Helen Oy (hereinafter referred to as “Contracting Authority”). Helen is planning to build an air-to-water heat pump plant for district heating in Patola production site located in Helsinki. Designed plant shall be implemented to a new building located on available spaces on the site premises. Heat collectors for heat recovery from outside air shall be located outside the building on the field. No partial tenders will be accepted. The contract will be awarded for one supplier.
