Description
Patient journeys HF plans to start up a new measure "National planning and optimisation of patient journeys (NAPO)". The aim is to develop a new system for ordering, planning and optimisation of organised patient journeys. The development shall be carried out gradually and adapted as continuous product development. In the first instance a new system shall be developed for (manual) planning of patient journeys. This system can be expanded with automation and optimisation as the next step. Patient journeys HF would like to enter into a cooperation with an external supplier for the development that concerns manual planning and support functions for the area.
