Description
The competition is for the procurement of a new website for DOGA, including a service portal with log-in (current My page for doga.no) and other necessary functionality. This involves an establishment phase and ongoing operation and support for the system based on an SLA. It is important for the contracting authority that the tenderer maps real user insights and needs and uses this as a basis in the development of the new system. The contracting authority would like to use the procurement to connect with a tenderer who has a long-term cooperation and partnership. DOGA's website shall reflect what the organisation works for in society otherwise: innovative, user-friendly and inclusive solutions where the user is focused, which is in line with principles for economic, environmental and social sustainability. The contracting authority therefore has high ambitions for universal design, digital sustainability and user friendliness and testing.
