Le marché porte d'une part sur l’élaboration d’une vision stratégique en lien avec la desserte multimodale du Pôle Santé de Sion, à moyen et long terme tout en questionnant des améliorations ponctuelles possibles à court terme et d'autre part sur le développement d’un axe fort et des connexions du Pôle Santé au reste de la Ville de Sion et de l’agglomération du Valais central.
