Description
HVC has prepared this Pre-qualification document for describing the tender procedure and selecting a Contractor for the design, delivery, construct, install, testing and commissioning of a - CO2 capture, liquefaction and storage installation, including all auxiliaries (and excluding civil works), in Alkmaar, The Netherlands (referred to as the “Project”) and possible follow-up maintenance support including spare parts delivery. HVC has chosen the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for this purpose. Upon pre-qualification Candidates can qualify for receiving an invitation to participate in the Negotiation phase.
