Gegenstand der Leistungserbringung sind die Bereitstellung von Lizenzen zum Betrieb von Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 - wahlweise als Reseller- oder VCSP-Lizenzen, Support bei Produktstörungen mit oder ohne Herstellerunterstützung auf 3rd-Level Ebene (eine Vorqualifizierung und Entstörungsversuche werden durch die Hotline und Betreiber der Plattform unternommen), Auswertung und Optimierung der eingesetzten Lizenzen sowie die Benachrichtigung und Installationsunterstützung bei Produkt-Patches, -Updates und -Upgrades.
