Description
Metz Métropole cherche, pour sa Direction de la Gestion des Déchets, à se doter d'un Système d'Information (SI) métier dédié aux activités de la collecte des déchets ménagers et assimilés. La présente consultation est passée dans le respect des dispositions des articles L2124-4 et R2161-24 à R2161-31 du code de la commande publique, selon une procédure de dialogue compétitif en vue de la mise en place d'un accord cadre mixte dans le respect des dispositions des articles R2162-1 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cette procédure est organisée en deux temps : - Phase "candidature" : Dépôt des candidatures à l'issue de l'avis d'appel public à concurrence, sélection des candidats admis au dialogue. - Phase "Dialogue" : les candidats retenus après la phase candidature, recevront une invitation pour les phases de dialogue. Chaque phase de dialogue donnera lieu à un rendu à la date précisée. Il n'y a pas de limite dans le nombre de phase
