Description
Le présent marché a pour objet les différentes prestations de dépannages et d’entretiens récurrents dans les logements occupés/inoccupés et les espaces communs sur l’ensemble du patrimoine de notre société qui sont connectés à une installation collective( chauffage, eau chaude sanitaire, eau de ville, ventilation, etc…). A titre informatif, l’adjudicateur à joint en annexe E du présent Cahier Spécial des Charges un listing non exhaustif des moyens de chauffages présents dans les logements. Cette annexe sera à compléter et adapter tout au long du marché par les adjudicataires. Dans le présent accord-cadre, deux adjudicataires seront désignés, l’un comme étant l’adjudicataire principal et l’autre comme étant l’adjudicataire subsidiaire. L’accord-cadre a une durée de 48 mois. Lieux d'exécution : Patrimoine Sambrienne – Rayon de 25 km, Boulevard Jacques Bertrand, 48 à 6000 Charleroi.
