Description
Fourniture de denrées alimentaires pour la Cuisine centrale. Nombre de repas en moyenne par jour : 720 couverts par jour en période scolaire - 170 pour les périodes de vacances scolaires. La Cuisine centrale bénéficie du label Ecocert au niveau 2 avec 57% de produits issus de l'agriculture biologique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Pour information il s'agit d'une relance des lots 01Epicerie, 03 Laitages, 05 Viandes fraiches, 09 Charcuterie, 12 Fruits et légumes frais conventionnels, 13 Fruits et légumes frais bio, 16 Fromage à la coupe, de la consultation 202501 produits alimentaires, déclaré sans suite au motif de l'intérêt général
