Le Département des Hautes-Alpes souhaite moderniser l'ensemble de son parc de Panneaux à Message Variables (PMV). Il est composé de 34 panneaux installés pour certain depuis vingt ans. Le choix du Département est l'achat de panneaux doté de la technologie "Full Matrix full color" L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
