Předmětem veřejné zakázky je demolice budovy WA (ředitelství), která proběhne ve dvou etapách. Na jednotlivé etapy demolice navazuje novostavba budovy WA (nové ředitelství), která bude realizována ve dvou etapách. Výsledkem celé akce bude novostavba budovy ředitelství WA. Vše bude realizováno v uzavřeném areálu Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc
