Delivery of vacuum pumps and measurement tools according to the technical specifications. This assignment is divided into 4 lots: • Lot 1: Roughing pumps, remote drive units and connection cables • Lot 2: Turbomolecular pumps, controllers and connection cables • Lot 3: Ion pumps, controllers and connection cables • Lot 4: RV gauges, HV-UHV gauges, controllers and connection cables
