Compte tenu, d'une part, de la clôture, au 30 novembre 2025, de la délégation de service public actuelle, d'autre part, de l'importance de l'activité des jeux du casino sur le territoire. LA Commune va recourir à une nouvelle délégation de service public, dans le but de poursuivre l'exploitation des jeux du casino et d'accroitre l'offre de service par la création d'un nouveau bâtiment.
