Description
La Ville souhaite confier, par un contrat concession de service de type délégation de service public au sens des dispositions des articles L. 1411-1 et suivants du CGCT et R. 1411-1 et suivants du CGCT, ainsi de l'article L. 1121-3 et à la troisième partie du Code de la commande publique, l'exploitation de la gare routière et du parc en ouvrage attenant. Le périmètre des prestations déléguées comprend donc en synthèse : - La gestion et l'exploitation du stationnement du parc « gare » sur la durée du contrat ; - La gestion et l'exploitation de la gare routière sur la durée du contrat ; - L'entretien, le renouvellement et la rénovation des équipements et des ouvrages
