Les missions du Délégataire sont : 1) L'exploitation commerciale et culturelle du 6 MIC · Programmation culturelle et artistique ; · Promotion du 6 MIC; · Organisation, accueil des manifestations ; · Les prestations de services associés ; · Perception des recettes d'exploitation et annexes liées à l'exploitation du service public concédé ; 2) L'exploitation technique du 6 MIC de sorte à accomplir toutes les interventions et actions rendues nécessaires pour assurer la bonne gestion du 6 MIC et in fine le bon déroulement des manifestations accueillies : · Entretien courant / maintenance et travaux de renouvellement dans les limites définies dans le Contrat ; · Réalisation des contrôles et du nettoyage des Equipements ; · Surveillance du 6 MIC / Sécurité et sûreté des évènements, des biens et du public ; etc. Ces missions sont détaillées dans le Contrat
