Description
La présente consultation détermine les conditions dans lesquelles les opérateurs économiques candidats à l'attribution du contrat de délégation de service public de l'eau potable des Orres sont consultés et le cocontractant choisi. Les caractéristiques techniques du réseau d'eau potable des Orres sont précisés au sein du document programme (DCE - Document programme). Aucun investissement lourd n'est requis du futur concessionnaire, seuls l'entretien et les réparations sont mis à la charge du futur concessionnaire.
