Description
Délégation de service public - construction et exploitation d'un crématorium Attribution d'une concession de service public après mise en concurrence sous forme de procédure ouverte pour la construction et l'exploitation du crématorium communal. GrandSoissons Agglomération délègue par concession la construction et l'exploitation d'un crématorium sur un terrain situé près du centre de Soissons. L'opération inclut la réalisation d'un bâtiment avec parking, l'équipement complet pour la crémation (four, filtration, etc.), et la gestion du service public associé. Le concessionnaire assurera la continuité du service, à ses risques et périls, pour une durée prévue entre 25 et 30 ans. Ce projet, répondant à une demande croissante dans une zone de 200 000 habitants, vise à garantir un accueil respectueux des familles et conforme aux normes environnementales et techniques les plus strictes.
