Delegarea gestiunii serviciului de salubrizare al Comunei Lupeni, cuprinzând activitatea de colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor menajere și al deșeurilor similare provenind din activități comerciale din industrie și instituții, inclusiv fracții colectate separat.
