Het opstellen van een integraal stedenbouwkundig en landschappelijk plan op hoofdlijnen/schetsplan (schetsontwerp), waarbij de principes vanuit het Koersdocument Oostflank worden door vertaalt vanuit de diverse thema’s. Om zo invulling te geven aan het plangebied De Akkers in Berkel-Enschot. Aanbestedende dienst wil vergelijkbare voorstellen ontvangen en raamt de totale waarde van de Opdracht op €80.000,-. Dit is een indicatie, hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Offertes hoger dan € 95.000,- worden als ongeldig bestempeld, en komen niet meer voor gunning in aanmerking.
