Description

The competition is for the procurement of a new quality and internal control system for all municipalities. The DDV municipalities currently use either Qm+ or Compilo. The project ́s overall aim is to introduce a quality and internal control system that covers the current and future functional and technical needs for DDV and the owner municipalities. The document contains a description of the guidelines and system requirements. Expectations for the delivery and to the tenderer are described in a separate document Goal picture quality system, attached in the tender documentation. We would like total tenders from one tenderer, but there is no requirement that all parts of the total system come from the same supplier. In other words, we encourage collaboration to provide us with the best possible functionality. At the same time we will demand that, in a collaboration constellation on the supplier side, there will be one party that is the main supplier and will become DDV ́s contract partner.
