Description
With a view to the realization of the “Rond Ronse” project, De Werkvennootschap will enter into a DBFM agreement with the project company (SPV-DBFM). This selection guide is part of the appointment of a private partner for this purpose. The current setup is that the SPV-DBFM will be responsible for the design, construction, and financing of the project and its maintenance for a maximum period of 30 years from the completion of the construction phase. Appendix 1 contains further information about this project.
