Description
With a view to the realization of the “R0-Noord Zone Zaventem” project (https://www.werkenaandering.be/nl/PG-Zaventem) within the broader R0-Noord project, which is part of the Werken aan de Ring Program (https://www.werkenaandering.be/nl/werken-aan/herinrichting-ring-noord), De Werkvennootschap will enter into a DBFM agreement with the project company (SPV-DBFM). This selection guide is part of the appointment of a private partner for this purpose. The current setup is that the SPV-DBFM will be responsible for the design, construction, and financing of the project and its maintenance for a maximum period of 30 years from the completion of the construction phase. Appendix 1 contains further information about this project.
