Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Speicher-Infrastruktur und damit die Kapazität, allen Forschenden an Hochschulen (Universitäten, Hochschulen für angewandte Wissenschaften und Kunst- und Musikhochschulen) innerhalb Nordrhein-Westfalens (NRW) eine Plattform für das Forschungsdatenmanagement anbieten zu können. Diese Plattform ist Baustein der Digitalisierungsstrategie des Landes NRW.
