Het doel van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding is het sluiten van een contract, in de vorm van een Overheidsopdracht, met één marktpartij voor het leveren, onderhouden en beheren van Dark Fiber glasvezelverbindingen waarmee alle locaties van Aanbestedende dienst verbonden kunnen worden in een Dark Fiber glasvezelnetwerk.
